Selling my 1968 C10 Lowered, Patina, LS Swap Shop Truck.
Drivetrain:2012 5.3 From a Silverado with 75,000 miles on motor and automatic 4L60 transmission.Aluminum radiator with dual fans keep the engine nice and cool.Rear mount aluminum 18 gallon fuel tank installed and behind seat fuel tank is gone.CPP LS swap kit was used for mounts and headers and such
Body:Started life as a LWB truck and was shortened to a SWB truck as you can see in pics.Body was in pretty good condition when I bought it as you can see in last two pictures. Rust in a few spots like tailgate and passenger door rocker fender area. Floors look really good.Paint was buffed back to life and NO clearcoat was sprayed on it. Its really that shiny.Front and rear new Chrome bumpers.
Wheels and Tires:20" Coys Wheels with machined lip and clips to hold OEM hubcaps.Tires are 245/40/20 front and 275/40/20 rear.They run nice and smooth and don't rub in normal driving conditions.
Electrics:Custom BP automotive LS wiring harness with showstopper loom. Underhood looks like it came that way. Fans have relays that are controlled by the Tuned LS ECM.Dash is Dakota Digital gauges with OBD cable that hooks to ECM and all gauges function as they should.Classic Autosound OEM look radio with kick panel Speakers with aux and usb hook ups.Factory radio delete is included.ECM and TCM all custom mounted under glove box for a factory look.
Interior:Original seat was recovered with custom green houndstooth fabric which goes great with the green carpet and OEM green floomats.Interior is kept heated and cooled with VIntage Air AC under dash unit.Seat was lowered with Full Custom Fabs 2" Drop brackets to make plenty of room to get in and out.
Lowered with CPP spindles and springs in front and rear. Front Disk Brake kit from McGaughys also installed.
Just drove truck to Good guys in Charlotte with no issues and cruised it around track a few laps.
