1967 Chevrolet Camaro --
It would be hard to conjure up a more pleasing sight for any true classic car enthusiast than this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. Clad in a super sharp paint job that features just the right amount of ornamentation, it's a great example of the sheer appeal of the Camaro's first generation and comes with a high level of road-readiness that will draw you behind the wheel and onto the asphalt for future chapters of memories. A silver paint... which looks very close to Cortez Silver is set off with broad black stripes that run the length of the hood and deck lid and replaces the original crème shade and while we're all for original color schemes, it's pretty hard to beat the visual impact on display here. The paint has obviously been very well-applied, with a smooth texture and a depth that makes it seem like its silver color originates a foot beneath the surface. The front end sports one of the Camaro's deluxe styling cues of the era â€" Rally Sport hideaway headlights that are looking awesome and well-aligned as they retreat into their deep black panel. The boxes all appear to have been checked in making this a first-class exterior - every chrome fitting and piece of trim looks very fresh and has likely been recently added, and the glass surrounding the cabin is crystal clear. The deluxe black vinyl interior has been restored while retaining the look and feel that made it such a great vintage driving environment all those decades ago. Pretty much everything you come across inside the doors is looking super fresh, to the point of likely being recently replaced, including the seating in both front and back, the door panels to either side, the black carpet lining the floor and the center console bracketed by the front buckets, which sports an unusually clean black finish and a trio of gauges that are in good working condition. The trunk area in back is well-detailed down to its proper Chevy floor liner, and inside you'll find an AM/FM/CD player and an amp that team with speakers in the front kick panels and rear package tray to fill the cabin with sounds of your choosing. Behind the show-stopping SS steering wheel, you'll see that the dash area reflects the same high standards as the rest of the car, with its clear, easily readable gauges and split free dash pad. The air conditioning system has been converted to modern coolant and is in good form to cool the interior as needed. Lift the hood and you'll find a very clean, well detailed engine bay with quite an assortment of top tier components in view. The 350 V8 that powers this classic has been armed with an Edelbrock 4-barrel carb and intake manifold for some extra power, as well as a very sharp looking Edelbrock chrome air cleaner and valve covers for some added eye candy. A fresh power brake booster and master cylinder sit nearby while MSD ignition has been added to maximize spark and all the hoses and wires inside look fresh and are properly routed. As you'd expect from its sterling assembly of quality parts, the powerplant is in top form, starting very easily and sending a nice deep exhaust note out of its headers leading to its dual exhaust. It teams with a 4-speed automatic 700r4 transmission that provides the benefit of an overdrive gear for low, engine sparing revs at highway speeds. The power steering is operating without a glitch, so navigating is easy, while power brakes that include discs up front provide all the stopping ability you'll need. This impressively configured classic Chevy rolls on a set of 15" Rallye wheels outfitted with BF Goodrich T/A radials.
