  • ORIGINALLY A L72 472CI/400HP MOTOR. THE ORIGINAL MOTOR WAS BLOWN UP BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. THE CURRENT MOTOR IS A 427 HYDRAULIC LIFTER FROM 1969. THE MOTOR WAS REBUILT BY FARMERS AUTOMOTIVE IN WEBSTER,NY. IT PRODUCES 400HP AND 450 FT LBS
  • THE CAR WAS RESTORED BY THE 5TH OWNER STARTING IN 2007 AFTER IT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR 22 YEARS. IT WAS COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED AND RESTORED TO A PERIOD "CALIFORNIA CORVETTE"
  • A "CALIFORNIA CORVETTE" CONSISTED OF REMOVING THE FRONT BUMPERS, FILLING THE GRILL HOLES. INSTALLING 2 ADDITIONAL TAILLIGHTS, TORQUE THRUST D'S, AND AFTERMARKET SIDE PIPES WITH HEADERS
  • THE GAUGE CLUSTER WAS NOT RESTORED TO SHOW THE L-72 REDLINE AT 6500RPM ONLY ON THE L72 MODELS
  • THE CAR HAS ALL STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE LINES, HOSES, AND FUEL LINES
  • THE 3.55 POSI REAR DIFF WAS DONE BY BAIR IN PENNSYLVANIA
  • THE TRANSMISSION WAS REBUILT BY DARRELL'S 4 SPEEDS AT PIPERS CORVETTE
  • THE CORVETTE WAS BUILT 9/24/1965 IN ST. LOUIS, MAKING IT ONE OF THE FIRST 427s PRODUCED!
