1955 Chevy 3100 Pick-up Rolling Chassis w/ original engine and trans plus matching numbers.
I bought this truck to measure under the dash for another project and I had no intention to rebuild it. But I had to do some restoring to get the truck to proper rolling chassis condition.
1. I sand blasted the whole truck to get all the surface rust off.
2. then I coated the truck in Rust-o-lium Rust sealer, so it would not continue to rust.
3. then I went over the sealer with a 2k hi-build primer.
4. in order to measure under the dash, I tack-welded in brand new floor kick panels. (drivers and passengers side)
5. I also tack-welded in a floor pan for the seat area.
6. when I bought the truck it had no rims or tires, I put 4 new 17" vision rims and 4 new Lizetti LZ-HTC tires with the proper wheel spacers. So I could move the truck around and get it to rolling chassis status.
The stock steering system still works and turns very easy. This truck has all the matching body parts and the original Chevy manufacturing decal. (see pic)
All engine and trans parts are present on the truck and accounted for.
The engine and trans needs rebuilding, But the engine does turn over by hand and the trans does shift into gear.

I can help load the truck on a car carrier for the buyer during the weekends.
