Condition:

This car came from a small private family collection to its current owner in 2003. The car has been garage housed and covered since an older restoration. The paint shows some age on close inspection but shines and shows extremely well. It has been a consistent show winner at local shows. One noted judge described it as a wonderful hobby car to share, drive, and enjoy; and we have. When parents concur, we enjoy helping younger people experience a "rumble" seat (usually with photos for tomorrow's fans and hobbyists). Therefore, some minor scratching near the step pads on the rumble seat access fender; but the smile to scratch ratio is still within tolerances!!

The battery was replaced in 2012, radiator in '03, fuel pump rebuild in '03, and carburetor rebuild in 2016. There is a crack in the right windshield post support with temporary repairs; it is not noticeable and has held up well for over 15 years. The external pancake chrome horn is included but does not vibrate as it should. We connected the extra horn, included, with a button on the steering column as an alternative, but never did get the pancake horn operating correctly. The electric clock is disconnected to avoid battery drain. The mirror clock worked, but along the way the winding stem was lost. We compensated for the gas tank gage not working as the fuel tank level is clearly visible when removing the gas cap. One side mount spare tire tube needs replaced. The other spare is fine.

The car is a driver, a fun car to share and enjoy. I have never driven it on longer cruises and not on freeways as 45-50 mph is an upper practical speed limit.
