Only 2,244 Units were Produced in 1957, and this particular example has gone through a Comprehensive Mechanical Rebuild. This truck runs and drives great! This Cameo truck still retains most of it's original Bombay Ivory& Cardinal Redpaint and the stainless and chrome trim work is in very good shape. The undercarriage is original and unrestored. This particular Cameo Pickup Truck is ready to be driven and enjoyed. The 283ci 165hp V8 is mated to a Manual Heavy Duty 4-speedTransmission.
