1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z 28

a good friend asked me to post his 1969 Z28 camaro. He is the owner and has clear title. I have the car in my garage to help with questions.you are welcome to come see it and I can put it on the lift to look closer inspection. Mike bought the car in 1984 and used it as a daily car. he sold it in the early 90s but bought it back a few years later. the kids are getting bigger and the car must go as it just sits in the garage here in sarasota fl. this is a factory Z28 x77 50/50 white, with green interior code 723. this is a 03 d date car. so we now this was a base Z with no power steering . at some time there was a repaint and they installed the spoiler kit and some other trim. the paint is nice with some usual small clips but looks good. I would rate it a 7.75 maybe better. The interior is the dark green and is all OEM. I only saw the one seem on the top of the drivers seat opened up but should clean up very good. radio is disconnected and there are speaker cutouts in the door panels. the gauges seen to work but the tac does not, speedo works great. great for a driver.We know the 302 has correct carb (3923288 DZ) with air cleaner. see gas paddle for kick down for the cowl induction door. the intake is winters 3972116 some of these intake where on the early Zs.see Jerrys book on z28s. the heads are not the 186 but 3991492 angle plug heads. this is a early car and the block is 3932388. very few zs got this block again but you decide ( i now its not the top 3 casting numbers I dont need to be e-mailed by very one on this) you google it and decide the owner states it was born with the car. Therear end is 12 bolt posi with 4.10 gear. the code is BV 0324G1 E date on the housing is L 18 8 very early rear just like the rest of the car.this has a muncie 4 speed m20 with 660 case i cant read the number with the tranny in the car. the shifter is factory. the car runs, drives, stops, shifts great. it nice to drive. being in florida at some point ac was tactfully installed. if you have any questions please call 941 232 0298.
