Description:

1968 Volvo Other

1968 Volvo P1800. Red with Black interior. Many new parts and work done including new rockers and patch panels. VTO Rims with new tires, new head lights and rims, windshield and trim, windshield wiper arms, side mirrors, side trim, gas tank, dash pad, carpet. New parts not installed include rear shocks, master and slave clutch cylinders and oil pan gasket (the car does not leak oil, the intent was to just clean out the pan). Back seat needs reassembly, seat pads have been recovered. I have rust-free red trunk lid not installed. The car still needs body work at both front fenders below the head lights. All original parts removed have been saved and will be forwarded with car including original rims. All lights, turn signals, clutch, brakesand overdrive work. I was going to continue this restoration but two hospital stays last year has made it difficult to invest and I spend most of my time driving my TR6. However, if the reserve is not met and I keep the car the fenderandnew parts work will be completed. Over the years, allnew parts purchased at VP Autoparts. All receipts will be provided new Owner. Car sold as-is, shipping arrangements and related costs by new Owner. Please forward any questions. Thanks and good luck.

To add, I took some pictures of the underside with my phone tonight, I'll try to post tomorrow. Most of the undercarriage and the rear wheel wells are POR-15'd. Realizedthat I also replaced the exhaust system andadded new chrome exhaust ends. The original carpet was red, I decided to go with black.
