The example offered here starts right up and runs great. Mated to the 1600cc engine is a four-speed manual transmission that shifts smoothly.
Finished in Nepal Orange, this Beetle has a black soft top that pair together for a classy look. The exterior paint was completely stripped and repainted with a multi-coat paint in the original color. Chrome trim and bumpers make for a beautiful exterior appearance. The bumpers, windshield, and body rubber were recently replaced. This example also comes with a black convertible boot for when the top is down. Complementing the exterior is a black vinyl interior that is in spectacular condition. The convertible top, boot, front seat belts, and carpets were replaced less than 10,000 miles ago.
Mechanically this car is in great condition and underwent a complete restoration at 82,000 miles. The engine was rebuilt in 2005 at 72,000 miles. Since then it has been maintained meticulously well. A binder filled with the history of the car including maintenance records, and many maintence guides comes with the purchase of the car.
