Only 300 were ever made.

This is a very rare convertible that basically needs to have some cosmetics /paint done or a complete restoration, your choice, almost all of the mechanical s have been done (over $5000.00 spent, have receipts). The car runs great and is fun to drive and gets a lot of thumbs up. I have the original window sticker from 1974 showing that it is a Sun Bug and other paperwork/documentation. These cars if properly restored sell for a lot of money, there were only 300 Sun Bug Convertibles ever made so you know that there are a lot less of them still around. All the electrical works even the interior light on the rear view mirror works when you open the door. All glass is good, have other new/used parts to go with car. Cash or Cashier’s Check which must clear the entire banking system process before the car or any paperwork is released. This is a fun car that if done right is worth a lot of money. Car is being sold with a bill of sale only; R.I. does not issue titles for older cars. I have owned this car for quite some time and it has always been garaged. The car is not perfect, has some surface rust but is all there, it still needs a few things, drive as you restore or just enjoy as is. I do not need any help selling
