1974 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia
Completely rebuilt from top to bottom, nside and out. Stroker engine with less than 100 miles since rebuild. Hand rolled leather seats to match interior leather. 5 point racing seats/seatbelts. High Intensity Discharge headlights. Back-up camera. Unparalleled sound/navigation system with 8" in-dash display screen and amplifier that takes up the entire back seat area. Two batteries. This car was built to run. It is NOT a lazy Sunday cruise about the town (it will do that but it will feel like your trying to put a harness on a rocket.) I bought this car for my wife but it is just too much car for her.
Flaws - The custom leather on the deck in the rear window has shrunk in the heat. When they rebuilt this car they hooked up the RPM and Speedometer gauges. The rest of the gauges match but are not compatible with the rebuilt engine. One of the chrome air cleaner covers was stolen, o it has a temporary chrome plate in its place to ensure correct compression.
