This is a fantastic project waiting for new life. Barn find 1979 Triumph Spitfire. I bought the car to fix up as I have multiple spitfires, ut this project isn't going to get started any time soon so its going to a new home. Car is basically complete, ith only minor bits missing like the glove box tray, hift knob and a door handle that I can see. I haven't done a single thing to it. I DO NOT HAVE THE KEYS. This is not really a big deal as complete used keyed ignitions and lock sets can be had on ebay cheaply or a push button start can be put in, ut it has stopped me from getting started on any initial going over that you would do to a long time sitting car. Body is nice for a spitfire with a few dings and some bubbles in places but no holes or nasty rot. Floors are also in good shape as is the frame. Tires are nice and there is a brand new muffler. Interior is typical with the dash needing redone and the seats in poor but not unusable shape. Bumpers have typical crumble and wear. Engine is bone stock 1500 and complete, nd trans is standard 4 speed non overdrive. Comes with a convertible top frame and a hard top that is badly rusted out but has good side glass. This is a great spitfire to get started on. Complete project ready to be restored. Car was originally white. Title is clean. car rolls. Perfect father son or winter project and these little things are a blast to drive. Parts are also very easy to find and on the cheap side.
