3.9 Liter motor:
Original block vatted and bored 0.030" over size
New freeze plugs and cam bearings installed
Crankshaft turned 0.010" undersize on mains and rods
Clevite 77 bearings on mains and rods
Connecting rods shot peened and big end checked for sizing, mall end pinch bolt design
New Mahle pistons with Sealed power rings
New OEM grind camshaft
New lifters
Oil pump reconditioned
Cylinder head vatted with deck resurfaced
Valve job with OEM valves and new valve springs, riginal retainers
New Camshaft gear
Long block assembled to factory specs, orqued to specs, lueprinted to factory specs
New high torque starter
New water pump
New single wire GM 100 amp alternator
New custom built HEI distributor with GM HEI components, otor and cap
New custom wires with ceramic boots
Exhaust header
Factory intake with Weber 34/36 conversion with custom built intake plenum
Transmission:
Original 3 speed transmission converted to floor shift
All synchronizers replaced as well as bearings and seals
Tolerances checked
Transfer Case:
Rebuilt with new bearings, askets and seals

Sandblasted to bare metal and primered with aircraft grade epoxy sealer prior to paint with industrial grade acrylic enamel
All new brake and fuel lines run in frame rails and isolated with rubber insert grommets
Fuel tank relocated to back with filler neck relocated to right rear lower quarter panel with locking compartment.
