This beautiful, performance mustang is up for sale to a private buyer before going to auction. This is a one-of-a-kind, custom build with no expense spared. A 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback with a solid body and frame was chosen as the base for the project. This was given a complete, rotisserie restoration. 99% of the parts (including body panels) are new on this build. Only those parts that are not replaceable off of the original car were saved and restored. This car was built with the end goal of creating a custom GT350SR inspired performance machine with exceptional drive-ability. I specifically requested to restore the original rear side louvers instead of replacing them with the typical GT350-style side glass. This is just one of many custom requests that make this a truly unique restoration. A truly rare gem, the glove box is signed by the late Carroll Shelby. Certificate of Authenticity will be provided to the buyer.
This mustang was built to my custom specifications. There are too many details to list. The underside of the car is as nice as the top. It could be trailered to car shows or driven daily. This car has less than 100 miles on it since restored. My last custom mustang build sold at Barrett-Jackson. It was chosen for primetime due to the quality and craftmanship of the build. This car will go to auction as well if it doesn't sell to a private party first. This is an opportunity to purchase a premium restoration less the fees and expenses of an auction.
