For sale 1972 Porsche 911T coupeChassis no. 9112102110
Engine no 6123261
This is the original engine as verified by the original warranty info <see picture>

Originally Sepia Brown, previous owner changed to black in 1994. The paintwork is very good, one of the best I have seen, has held up well over the years. Excellent panel fit, all gaps good.
The previous owner bought the car in 1994, at 111,367 miles and kept a log book of everything he did. <See pics>
This includes installing 930 brake calipers, and a clutch assembly at 119,000 miles. Also 21mm front sway bars and 27mm rear sway bars. Odometer now shows 143,000 miles, which I believe to be correct.
Obviously the engine has been into, it must have been the owner previous to him. I don't have any records of what was done.It has Weber carbs and "E" cams, as verified by Chuck Miller at Millersport Porsche in Hillsborough who has done all of the work on it for the last 5 years. Chuck can be reached at 919-644-2930.This is an excellent set-up for spirited street driving. If you are not familiar with the 911E engine ask someone who knows these cars.
Car runs extremely well, starts easily,no smoke, no leaks. Note the front oil cooler, which keeps oil temps below 180 even in the summer. Good oil pressure even at warm idle. SwepCo 20W-50 oil used.Shifts very well, handles very well. It has been garaged since I have had it, and from the shape of the interior, it must have been garaged for a long time. I believe it has the original carpet, which is in good shape. Tires and battery are recent. This Porsche is ready to drive.
Note the Recaro seats are not original. If buyer wants other seats, I would be willing to keep these seats and give 1000$ off the sale price. These are very comfortable seats.
If you don't like the rotated gauges, they can be turned back to straight up easily.
I also have a complete MFI system for this engine available separately. It would need to be rebuilt, but its all there.I didn't like the small side mirrors at first, but they are very effective. If you want original rear view mirrors, they are also available.
This car has been very dependable, I have driven it weekly and have really enjoyed it. It is very tight, no air noise inside. Very solid, straight car.
