1963 Porsche 356 Base

Up for sale is a 1963 Porsche 356B(T6 Karmann) Coupestored onmy brother's property in Escondido San Diego. I am residing in Australia and planned to ship out to Australia to restore, however, I have a change of plans.

This Porsche is a "roller' and steers and comes with a non original but matching number for the year Super 90 short engine. Only 336 Super 90 engines were built by the Karmann factory in 1963 and this is number 166. The engine has both crank cases and third piece with matching numbers, crank, camshaft, con- rods,,bare heads androcker gear, push rods & tubes, sump and flywheel.

The body has had red oxide primer sprayed over after light sanding, however, does require rust removal, bodywork and repainting. The interior has been removed and the floors cut to remove the rusted sections. A new frontfloor pan comes with the car. Also comes with headlights andall glass intact. comes with the front seats, however, I think the there is only half the rear seats. There is also two additional wheels that come with "Hoosier" slicks on them.

I am aware the Porsche is missing windscreen wipers, indicators front & rear, tail lights and engine grills. The engine will require a rebuild and will need all parts for the heads except the rocker gear, bearings, pistons, rings and cylinders.
