European Motor Studio is very proud to offer this exceptional single owner 1981 Porsche 928 5-Speed manual finished in rare Chiffon White over Beige leather interior. This 928 left the Porsche factory on January 3, 1981 and was invoiced to Porsche North America and delivered new to its first owner on September 11, 1981 by Rexroat Porsche Audi of Illinois. The car remained in its single ownership until a year ago where it came to European Motor Studio in AZ. This 928 has traveled a mere 20,550 miles since brand new and remains in its original condition aside from the Teledials which have been re-finished and brand new tires have just been placed on the car. The paint finish is gorgeous, aside from a few small stone chips in the front nose and a small chip out of the lower bottom driver side quarter fender under the side marker light. The interior is all original and in beautiful condition. The leather surfaces are all still soft and supple and the original dash is free from any cracks or shrinkage. All of the carpets are in excellent condition free from any major stains or tears. The headliner is all original and in outstanding unmarked condition. The 4.5 liter aluminum V8 engine starts right up with a lovely rumble and free from any smoke under start up or acceleration. The timing belt and water pump were replaced in June of 2013 at a Porsche specialist shop and a new clutch from Porsche was just done May of 2016 along with new tires on all 4 corners. The engine pulls incredibly strong through all of the 5 gears with ease and drives phenomenal. The suspension and steering are tight and precise without any known issue and the brakes are free from any fade or noise. All of the electronics are in operating condition including the headlights, sunroof, power door locks, factory alarm system, all exterior and interior lights, cruise control, power mirrors and power windows and power antenna. The car has never been involved in any kind of accident and shows no signs of any kind of damage. There is absolutely no rust anywhere on the car and the body is straight and damage free. Accompanied with this 928 is the original owners handbook, service book, dealer brochure, window sticker, dealer addendum sticker, original temporary registration, original tool kit, jack and spare, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, service records, Porsche keys, original new owner card and the original radio manuals and a clean and clear title and Carfax.
