This is a professionally built 1955 Poantiac Safari restomod that can be driven everyday anywhere. This was a solid Arizona car to start with and was rebuilt from top to bottom. It retains it's original chassis with modern front suspension and power steering. Modern Wilwood brakes at all four corners. The power comes from a Corvette LS-1 mated to a 4L60E overdrive transmission going through a Ford 9" rearend equipped with 3:70 gears. The car is equipped with Dakota gauges, and Vintage Air A/C. Every component on the chassis is new including the fasteners, gas tank, fuel lines, brake lines shocks, springs, and bushings. All the brightwork has ben professionally restored and all the glass is new throughout. The car is located in Jupiter Florida, we may be able to deliver for a small fee in the Southeast.
