1964 Pontiac Tempest

For sale is my 1964 Pontiac Tempest Custom Convertible.It is all ORIGINAL with the exception of a repaint about 12 years ago.It has the 326 CI. engine with a gas saving 2 barrel carb., power steering, power top.Car was purchased new at Earl Dunn Pontiac in Nashville Tenn. Still has the Earl Dunn badge on the trunk lid.All gauges work, lights, turn signals ( and the cancel still works), original A.M. radio still workspower top goes up and down as should, rear window is clear,brakes stop straight, no pulling either way. Windows go up and down as should. There are no chips, dents or scratches in paint, seat.no rust issues.Interior is original and has a 2" seam split on rear driver side.Car drives down the road straight and quiet, no squeaks, like most convertibles do.Has original wire caps with spinners in great condition.You don't see many plain Tempests around, most were turned into GTO clones.This is a true survivor.Car is sold AS IS/ WHERE IS with no warranty either expressed or implied.Car is for sale locally, so may be removed at any time before reserve is met.
