Description:

1991 Pontiac Trans Am black

Selling my 1991 Trans Am 1LE with T-Tops from the factory. The 1LE package included dual piston PBR front calipers, 4 wheel disc brakes, aluminum space saver spare tire, dual catalytic converter exhaust, 3.42 performance axle rear gear, aluminum driveshaft, Close ratio MK6 5 speed transmission and engine oil cooler. This particular 1LE has T-Tops and is documented by GM of Canada. 1LE were not supposed to be delivered with T-Tops as the package was intended for racing and A/C had to be deleted to get the package. This car has Canadian guages (metric) and the speedo is in kilometers, I have estimated the mileage.
The numbers: 43 1LE Trans Ams were sent to Canada in 1991, 19 1LE T-Tops were produced in 1991, 4 delivered to USA, 15 to Canada, and 7 were ordered in Black. Give me a call with questions and I will text or email to you. CALL with any questions 615-498-3414.
The Good: Original engine, runs and drives through all gears, Starts every time and will drive on your trailer. ALL ORIGINAL 1LE COMPONENTS still on car except N10 dual catalyst.
The Bad: Rust, the car is from Nova Scotia Canada and has rust, driver and passenger floors have holes, but rear body panel and rear frame rails are good, shock towers have rust, core support is rusted and almost gone. Please, please, inspect photos and the car if you want it, as there is no reserve and if you win the auction it is your car, there will be no refunds if you are not happy with it. Front 1LE calipers are stuck so I removed the pads to move the car.
The Ugly: no ugly, a legitimate, running, rare 1 of 7 1LE Trans Am offered at no reserve.

I received a request for a photo of the RPO sticker, like most Firebirds built before mid-1990 the RPO sticker was in the console, on the rubberized sides and did not stick well, it is no longer with the car. That is why I have the documentation from Vintage Vehicle Services, better known as GM of Canada. The sign, certified copy of the document will go with the car. I also have the GM RPO list printed out from the GM service records. It lists all RPO's and has GM's copyright date of 2016. I will be happy to email or text these to anyone that wants them. This is a heavily documented car and is legitimate. I have the documentation from when it was imported back into the US as well as the title from Nova Scotia Canada. Any questions call 615-498-3414.
