This is a nice clean 1971 Le Mans Sport Convertible with a fresh rebuilt Pontiac 350, rebuilt stockheads, comp cam performance camshaft, roller rockers, edelbrock intake and carb, rings, bearings, oil pump, timing chain, one piece rear main conversion, HEI distributor, andnew Dougs headers.Thetransmission was rebuilt with new bands, plates, and torque converter. The entire powertrain was detailed to the highest level in the correct Pontiac teal, pictures do not do it justice.

With the engine and transmission out of the car, wesmoothed and painted the firewall, inner fender wells, and core support. This was the extent of our paint work.In the next 5 years plansshould include some body work and a new paint job to make the car perfect.A pervious shop has installed floor pans and quarter panels, they are solid but the fitment is not perfect. It was externally repainted in the original Copper Canyon orange by the same previous shop.

The car has tubular control arms front and rear, eibach springs, and has received a comprehensive alignment. Steering idler arm andcenter links have beenreplaced at time of service.

We went through every system to make this girl mechanically sound and ready to go. The enginedress upincludes a new 100 amp chrome alternator, an aluminum HV water pump, chrome AC compressor, and chrome ps pump. We also took this as the opportunity to switch over to a March serpentine belt drive for serviceability. An aluminum radiator and electric fans were fitted to increase cooling. The A/C is fully functioning as are all the gauges and all other components. Magnaflow exhaust makes the 375hp engine sound fantastic.

This car runs and drives great! Thenew power top opens and closes smoothly and is easy to operate. The white interior is clean and really is an eye opener. This gem is ready for some summer cruising with the top down along the boulevard, to the car show, or to the beach.
