Description:

1974 Plymouth Road Runner

1974 Plymouth Roadrunner muscle car. I traded for this car and was restoring it, but due to financial reasonsI need to sell it. I have over $23K invested in the car. I am in contact with the original owner, and the car has only 56,467 original miles. The body is good, the paint is newer and in good condition. It has a couple of spots that could be blended in. I added a lot of new things to the interior. The carpet is good. The headliner is decent, but it could be tightened or replaced. The car does not have air conditioning. The car underneath is pretty clean. There is little or no rust anywhere on the car. It has new Crager wheels and Cooper tires. The car originally had a 400 engine. According to engine block number 2468130 D NLL it now has a 1968 383. I refreshed the engine bay and added a lot of cosmetic things. I didn't discover until later in the game that the engine was not a 400. I recently took the car to a speed shop to be tuned up, and they gave me the bad news. They found metal in the oil pan, and they said the engine needs to be rebuilt. My loss is your gain.

Needs to be hammered out or replaced. The car did start when I first bought it, but I messed up the timing when I removed the distributor to do paint touch up.Speed shop said someone did a redneck job putting wood strips under the bottom striped racing skirts.*A copy of the invoice from the speed shop is located in the pictures.
