Description:

1963 Plymouth Other Valiant V200

Back in the day cars weren't cookie cutter front wheel drivergrocerygetters that you had to look at the badge to tell what it was.
The 1963 Valiant offers style, urability, conomy, ower, ase and low cost of repair. And it will not look like all the other cars in the parking lot!Being the V200 means it has the extra chrome trim package the base model lacked.Has the 225 slant six and the push button automatic. This car is factory stock; some people withoutimaginationpull the 6 cylinders out and downgrade to a bent-eight. But there are leaders and there are followers.
This is a project car, 've had it for many years, aven't given it the attention it needs, o time to give someone else a chance. The car runs great, ransmission is good, ut there are no brakes and the floor pans are gone. Brake parts are available just about anywhere, loor pans are offered at many places online, ayson's is where I get mine. Car hastemporarypatches on the floor, removed the interiorbrieflyto take pictures. Later pictures show it back together. When I got the car the brakes worked somewhat if you pumped them, ut now they do nothing. Hand brake works fine though.
Paint's tired, nterior is intact, ut aging. Headliner looks good except the rear corners.Small rust spot below rearwindshieldright side.Usual Mopar rust in the rockers, ight side isn't too bad, eft is worse. Trunk howeversurvivednicely. See pictures.
Body is in pretty good shape, ll glass is good with the exception of thewindshield; it has a full length crack down the middle. All bodychromeis present except the strip on the driver's door.
Feel free to contact me with any questions. I took a lot of pictures, 'll upload what I can here and put more in my photobucket account and link it here.I also have a video of the engine running, ut take note that the engine is not as noisy as it sounds, y camera amplifies noise greatly so it sounds like marbles in a can. Of course it has some of the usual mechanical lifer noise that slants are known for, ut it is not near what my camera outputs.Pictures do not show it, ut I do have the spare wheel.
Tires have excellent tread, bout 95%, ut they are all weather checked so only good as rollers. Dodge Dart hub caps.
Car is not licensed, ut I do have a clear Oregon title and the keys from the previous owner.
Mileage shows 36,822. Could be accurate (not likely) or could be 136,822; could be 1,136,822. Don't know, on't care. :)
No reserve so your bid is a bid to win, f you would like to inspect the car prior to bidding please contact me to make arrangements.Car is located near Redding,California. That's roughly 160 miles north of Sacramento Ca, ndaboutthe same south of theOregonborder.
To sum it up, o make a safe driver out of it, t would need floor pans, ires, nd brakes. Where you go from there is up to you.
A percentage of this auction will go help our disabled vets.
Thank you for looking. God bless.
