This Cutlass has a lot of potential. It has a lot of nice chrome. A straight clean frame. There is rust around the front and rear glass, the windhield is not cracked. The dash is NOT rusty. It has a new floorpan.The car has rusty lower fenders (they do reproduce the patches for this.) There is a new trunk pan laying in the trunk.
