1989 Nissan 240SX

I have a running project 240SX. I planned on building it myself but I need the money more than I need to hold onto a project car. Don't get me wrong, I've cleaned it up and taken care of it since I got it, but just no money for it. Off break, to make it road worthy, it needs a hub (driver front) (truthfully, wheel bearings, but I'm not sure if the HUB is spent or not so I just say go ahead and get the HUB and avoid the hassle of finding out the hard way.), all 4 tires replaced (the tread is ok but they're old/dry-rotted and splitting pretty good.), steering alignment and a dashboard gauge cluster (digital HUD speedometer and Odometer doesn't work and some of the fuel/oil lights don't work also), and one rust spot on the frame (driver front wheel well, under firewall, about 6"x6" area) I was planning on reinforcing the frame/chassis when I did my build so I never cared about it myself... Other than those few things, this car is ready to be driven ASAP.
I know that this is an American version JDM vehicle, but I still know exactly what it is and what it can be. Chances are, if you're looking for this car, you do too. My price window is fair, as per condition, and am willing to negotiate a little bit, within reason.
