Here's my daily driver, a 1971 MG Midget. This is a nice older resto performed by a local who loved these cars and has done several. This one was for his wife. Sadly, he passed away and she decided to sell. I purchased it about 4-5 years ago and use it around town as my daily driver. I learned a lot about Midgets over that time and discovered that when this one was restored it was fitted with the 5 speed conversion, costing as much as $4,500. The trans shifts absolutely wonderful- with a nice tight feel. And fifth gear is a nice thing to have :) He also chose an older motor, 1966, I believe. 1098cc. Virtually no emissions restrictions. Ticks over beautifully! Unsure of actual milage, but this one is time tested and runs out just perfectly! Take a look at the pics. Sweet little car. This is not a trailer queen. It has plenty of normal wear for its age. But everything functions great and it is super fun to drive. A real gem. Who will be the lucky new owner? Happy bidding!
