This 1968 Cougar XLT with over $50. 00 invested in this amazing muscle car. The paint is flawless over a rust free body and chassis. The interior is all new and is also extremely impressive. But the real excitement starts when you turn the key and fire up the 351 W. ford racing motor with trick flow heads. long tube headers with dumps. 750 spread bore. aluminum radiator. and NSI ignition. The engine is bolted up to a new T5 five speed manual transmission that drives 4 new wheels and tires through 3. 5 gears (she runs 1800 RPM at 70 MPH). The rear end was lowered a bit to improve the overall ride and traction bars added to keep that new rubber on the road. Lastly. we installed a new rack and pinion steering and new front suspension and springs to improve safety and handling. Again. well over $50. 00 invested in the last 5 years in this amazing car that turns heads. throws you in the seat. and can be driven anywhere all day long.
