1991 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series 300D TURBO DIESEL

This is a low mileage, very well preserved, excellent condition 1991 MERCEDES BENZ 300D TURBO DIESEL. VIN:WDB1241331B200688One owner, only 173K Kms (107,700 Miles) since new. It was sold new in Japan and was imported to Vancouver, BC, Canada in 2007 One owner since arriving here and has lived a pampered life, always garaged, maintained by one reputable Mercedes specialist. All records are available. The paint is original and in excellent condition, no repaints, collisions, etc. NO RUST! There is no body damage with the exception of a small dent and a few minor scratches on the trunk lid - please see pictures. There was a roof rack mounted when we got the car. It has since been removed and will be included with the car. The roof rack installation apparently necessitated some hardware to be mounted on the roof, again, see the picture. Pinhole rock chip hole on one of the headlights, it is covered now, so no leaks. The tires are about 50% Michelins. The interior: Everything is in excellent condition. The notable imperfections are a slight wear patch on the drivers seat outside bolster and signs of some hardware having been removed from the dash less than carefully. No cracks on the dash, and those of you who know, this is pretty unusual for a blue dash. Everything works, including the AC, windows door locks, sunroof, radio, antennae, etc. Here is a short list of some of the more recent major repairs: Transmission rebuilt, glow plugs with glow plug relay, Brakes, pads and rotors, motor mounts, front shocks, tie rods, and on and on and on... Lots of regular oil changes. fuel filters, etc..

It is perfect? No, it isn't, but this car was loved and maintained properly and it shows very well. It starts right up, no smoke, excellent power and very quiet. We see a lot of Diesel Mercedes' and this one stands out in condition and performance. I'd assume that seriously interested bidders would like to chat on the phone, feel free to ring.
