1987 Mercedes-Benz 400-Series

Up for sale is this 420 Mercedes Benze. I purchased this from the original owner. She bought it new in California and has spent its life indoors. This car is incredible, I purchased it for my daughter and she did not want to drive it. The paint is original, no door dings, no dents, and it shines like it was new. There are normal rock chips on the car and that is it. The motor runs strong, transmission shifts great, starts easily, idles fine, and brakes are good. The sunroof opens, closes and seals off well. The tires are in new condition, the paperwork says they are 8 years old. The doors close better than a new car, this car is solid as a rock. I have the original window sticker, original maintenance log, owners manual, valet key, and all the service records. I drove the car for a week and it was great. There is a shake in the front end at 65mph. The radio does not work. The a/c blows cool but not cold, it has been converted to 134a. I reset the odometer and it quit. I have the paperwork from the inspections since 2011 and it appears that the car averaged about 500 to 1000 miles a year. The car has not sat for a long period of time.
