1951 Classic Lincoln Cosmopolitan with very cool Suicide doors. Manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. Black with Gray and green interior. V-8 Engine with Automatic transmission. This car looks very similar to a Custom Mercury Lead Sled. The Transmission was rebuilt in 1999. The motor was completely rebuilt in 2002. The Paint, Chrome, stainless steel moldings and interior were completed in 2003. Total Receipts not including the replacement of the interior, carpeting or the price of the car TOTAL over $15K! I have most of the paperwork and receipts on this very cool car. Car starts right up and is a BLAST to drive! Push button starter. Undercarriage is super clean! Engine compartment is detailed. Makes a great Hot Rod, Rat rod or Lead Sled. When was the last time you went to a car show and saw a Cosmopolitan or a car with suicide doors! This car is in nice condition. Mileage listed may not be representative of actual mileage of this vehicle. Comes with a trunk full of spare parts. Radio does not work, needs a parking brake cable and one of the widows does not function correctly. I am more than willing to show the car during the auction.
