RARE and Collectable, 1976 Land Rover Series III Santana 109, 4 wheel drive, diesel, left hand drive, manual 4-speed transmission with high and low range, seating for 6, would make a great vehicle for camper conversion. Hard aluminum tropical roof has no leaks and is in great shape. The top and all the windows can be removed for a very cool convertible look and feel. This could easily be converted to a pick-up model as well. Ample room for friends and surfboards.
What we have here is a Rugged Vintage Land Rover that is as close to "frame-off" restoration with out taking the body off the frame! Every inch has been inspected/ maintained to ensure quality and reliability. Only factory original OEM parts have been used to replace old worn out details. All engine gaskets and seals have been replaced. Our qualified Series Land Rover specialist has spent many hours making sure this vehicle is in top shape.

The Santana factory created Land Rovers for more remote locations and supplied vehicles with greater dependability because of the back country settings in which these vehicles lived. One other big factor for Santanas is the climate in which they were created and used is not conducive to rust, unlike the cousins on a rainy island with steering wheels on the wrong side.
