This is a defender 110 county station wagon. It has 116,827 original miles. It starts first time every turn of the key. It drives and shifts as it should. It does have some age related marks, however overall is good condition. I often get calls from people wanting “A good driver” “Something they can tweak and restore to their own liking” “A defender that won’t require them to remortgage their house” well this is the one. It’s a very good base for a full restoration or just a good driver!
The headliner was recently replaced with genuine parts. The interior is in good shape and features the seating arrangement of2 seats up front 3 in the middle and then the two rear bench seats at the rear that can seat 4. Overall this defender is in prettygoodshape. We have checked the following common areas for concern on Land Rover defender 110s
Door Bottoms- Overall very solid; previously have had some replacement bottoms however completed to an acceptable standard and solid.
Bulkhead- Very solid, previously has had a small repair on upper right.
Rear Cross member- Very solid no holes or rust.
Chassis/Frame- Again overall in good shape does show some surface rust but nothing a couple hours wire wheeling and painting wouldn’t renew. (we leave it this way to show it how it truly is without fresh paint)
Floorplans- Again in good condition.
Body- Does have some dings and dents as to be expected for a un-restored defender 110. It does some oxidization which is common on defenders due to the body being aluminum.
Engine- Starts and runs as it should, had recent tune up, typical 3.5 V8.
Clutch- Feels good bites where it should no slipping.
Gearbox and Transfer Case- 5 Speed Manual, Shifts as it should without grinding/crunching.
Vin Plates-Both vins are present and visible, They have undergone DOT/EPA/DMV/Customs checks to enable it to be Legally imported into the USA!
This defender isn’t a show winning vehicle, however it is an original 25 year old defender in good shape with good body and mechanicals.
This defender has a full Florida clean title showing actual miles of 116,827 it has all the import docs to go with it and some service history. This is your chance to own a classic defender 110.
