This is an unbelievable deal. This 1939 Jaguar SS100 Replica, built in 1985 in Fargo ND, has only 18,300 original miles. Hard to believe, but true. The original owner purchased this vehicle for his daughter for college. She kept in the garage for almost 33 years and only drove it occasionally. It was purchased in 2008 by the current owner for her mother who only drove it about 2000 miles.Built by Classic Roadsters, Inc. the ‘Duke' is an approximation in fiberglass of Sir William Lyons' pre-war roadster. The Duke designation is in light of the company's Dutchess MGTF replica.
This classically designed automobile definitely turns heads wherever it goes. Although the body style is the 1939 Jaguar SS100, it has an automatic transmission and Ford V-6 engine. The body and paint are in beautiful condition. There is small rust spot on the exterior light bracket in the front. Some normal road wear is present, although you'd have to look really hard to find it.
The car was serviced Aug 3, 2017 and the oil changed. A tuneup was requested but the service center said that it wasn't necessary. Even the spark plugs are new. There are four new tires and a side spare on the passenger side with a fiberglass cover. The dashboard and steering wheel are wood, with wood strips on rear. There is a hidden storage area inside the car. An AM/FM radio stero with a cassette player is also included. The seats are in excellent condition and were covered by the present owner as a matter or preference. We included photos of the seats with and without the coverings.
This is a boot top vehicle. The boot is missing a few snaps. The battery and ignition are new.

In Florida, the license plate remains with the previous owner of the vehicle, so you will probably need a temporary tag or a trip pass from your home state if you plan on driving the vehicle from our location. Obviously, if you transport with an Auto Transport company, this will not be necessary. We will coordinate with your transport company to ensure a smooth delivery. We will coordinate transfer of title at our local DMV if that is required.
