Vehicle has factory wire wheels and a 4 speed manual transmissione . Finished with red over black interior. Originally sold new by British Motor Car Distributors in Portland Oregon, this E-Type spent its full life in eastern Washington and Idaho. Because of the dry climate, this vehicle is virtually a rust free example. Extensive record keeping began from the very first day. Beginning from the original congratulatory letter from British Motor Car Distributors, to receipts for all services, parts and tune-ups. Included is the original owners manual, poster, maintenance guide and wiring diagrams. Vehicle has most of the original tools including the knock off hammer. The original spare has never been used. It's still in the original factory grease and has the sticker still on the tire tred. The radiator and fans have been replaced a few years ago to help cool the car. However the original radiator and fans are included with the sale. Also the front grill trim is included. The Etype had a new repaint this year with the original signal red color. All doors, windows and Crome was removed for the repaint. All Crome, lights and doors received new original jaguar replacement rubbers. Vehicle received a detail and maintenance including an oil change, oil filter and tune up this month. This Etype is an extremely nice example of a drivers car. Clean and detailed enough to win local shows and be the center of attention at your local car meet. Yet, not a concour car that you can't enjoy because of its flawlessness. Examples that are beautiful, matching numbers, with great history and documentation that are ready to be enjoyed are rare. Especially at a reasonable price. This is one of them. Dont miss your chance to own one!
