Original 350ci V8 4 barrel carb rebuilt by GM - most new sheet metal body painted Chevrolet Bright Red with beige interior including TMI custom components
This very cool truck was for my son who just turned 16. He picked out the make and model and colors. When we realized how much was being spent on the truck to make it perfect, we opted to sell it instead and build another one with less perfection.This classic 4x4 truck that has been undergone a full mechanical restoration in the past few months. The truck was repainted last May to this amazing Chevrolet Bright Red color. Interior is all new including TMI dash, door panels and headliner along with new carpet, seat covering and dash components. The original numbers matching 350 V8 has 4 bolt mains. More than $25K in receipts. Almost every nut and bolt has been replaced. The following has been repalced or rebuilt: rebuild complete brake system including replacing rear wheel cylinders, front calipers, front and rear brake rubber hoses, front rotors, rear drums, front brake pads, rear brake shoes, rear brake spring and adjuster hardware kit and all brake lines; engine work includes power steering pump and brackets, coolant hoses, aluminum radiator, Vintage Air air conditioning, fuel pump; painted engine in correct Chevrolet orange; rear axle and transfer case lubrican, engine oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid; replace factory bed wooden floor with oak and stainless filler strips; replaced front and rear chrome bumper with new. replace dual exhaust system, all door opening weather stripping seals and vent window rubber, door step sill plates, JVC Bluetooth radio and speakers, remote/electric door locks; all new shocks and steering stabilizer, all exterior and most interior lights are LED, replace dash light bulbs; new fuel tank and all rubber rear fuel tank hoses; auto locking hubs swapped for WARN manual hubs, new wheels and tires.
