Here is a clean 1986 GMC Jimmy 4x4 Blazer equipped with a V8 350 Motor (carbureted), an Automatic Transmission and 195k original miles! We have a free and clear title for this truck, when the original 5 digit odometer had rolled over the 100k mile mark the California Motor Vehicle Dept. marked it as "Exceeds Mechanical Limits", very common procedure. This is the reason for the "minor issue" under title check. We have a Carfax report showing all this and are happy to forward a copy to anyone interested.
This Blazer is in great, stock&original condition with no major dents or damage. The paint whichlooks to be original shinesand still looks great, please see pictures. There is no rust, California vehicle since new! There are a few scratches, as well as some rock chips around the rig, most of which have been touched up over the years, also the clear coat is starting to fade in a few places, please see pictures. This Blazer was never abused or four wheeled and never smoked in! Mostly highway miles commuting to work.
The interior is clean. The seats are original and in good shape, however the power option on the front seats no longer works and that part is stationary, please see pictures. The carpet was replaced at one point and still looks good, please see pictures. The dash has cracks, splits under the dash mat and the headliner is missing it's fabric, please see pictures. The windshield has a few small chips, but no cracks. Also, there is a crack in the rear passenger side glass and the drivers side mirror has a small piece of glass missing, please see pictures.
The Goodwrench engine was starts rightupand purrs, all stock and original! Just serviced with fresh motor oil&filter, new fuel&air filters, spark plugs, cap&rotor, fresh fluid in both differentials and transfer case, new front brakes, calipers, rotors and pads, new rear brakes, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, brake proportioning valve, brake master cylinder as well as new tie rod ends! The transmission shifts smooth, just serviced as well with fresh fluid&filter. The engine was replaced in 2000 when the rig had around a 156k miles, however we no longer have records on that. There are no leaks of any kind! The AC is all there, however it no longer works. The tires are in decent shape but should be replaced in the near future, we wanted to leave that up to the new owner, the spare is missing.
