One of rarer cars in the Geo Metro line.Less than 10% of Geo Metro’s produced from 1989-1994 were XFI model.Also, the most fuel efficient car ever made – an awesome 58 MPG!Very reliable and easy to work on.I’m only the second owner, bought in 1998.100% original stock motor, spare tire, 5 speed manual transmission, 116,750 miles (could be a little more once you get it as I’m still driving her around town.)Car doesn’t have AC (never factory installed).Heat works great.Idles a little rough at times mostly while sitting at a stop light – just tap on the gas and it stops and once you’re out on the road she does fine.Interior in good condition, no rips or tears in seats-small hole in ceiling fabric and side mirror adjuster handle broke off and she suffers the usual small oil leak, (can tell it’s coming from drain plug).Tires are in good condition.Unfortunately a guy side swiped me about 8 years ago so there is body damage to front left side panel, left headlight and parking light (both still work), front bar under hood where hood latch is - was bent and front bumper is torn/cracked with all but one bolt torn away so bumper is wired on to make sure it’s secure.(I know it all breaks my heart just as much as you).She may be a little ugly but she still runs like a beauty!I haven’t driven many highway miles since a trip to Florida 5 years ago and another to Ohio 3 years ago.It’s just been a very reliabledrive around town, going to garage sales, running errands kind of car since then.Would recommend having it towed to where you need her to be if very long trip – totally up to you, I’m in Clever Missouri close to Springfield.Please ask questions before you bid.Car is being sold AS IS/NO WARRANTY.SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY!I am also selling the car locally so seller has the right to end auction at any time. I forgot to note that the hatchback doesn't stay open once it's lifted and windshield wipers work but windshield wiper fluid does not. You can hear the motor running when you hit the leverbut nothing comes from the jets. Sorry I forget to include it originally.
