Up for auction is an all original 1978 Ford F-250 XLT Camper Special. One owner. It has 93,000 original miles. It is in good original condition. It has the 460 engine, with a C6 automatic transmission. It runs well. It is fully loaded with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning (needs recharging) tilt column, cruise control, and 2 gas tanks. The body is very solid. They truck was garage kept all of its life. The original paint is a 15 footer. The paint has chips everywhere, but the body has no dents.The truck would be fabulous with a new paint job, or just drive as is. The interior is very clean. The hood has the locking release option. The selt belt alarm still works, along with the cab light. The dash does have some small cracks, but replacement dashes are manufactured. The upholstery in in great shape. This is a very solid truck, that is all original.
