This Bronco has spent all its life in Arkansas & Southern Missouri. This Bronco was sold out of Excelsior Springs, MO in the Fall of 1968. From what I could find - I am the 3rd owner. It has not seen ANY Northern Salt or Winters - EVER!
Runs and Drives Great! Has NO LEAKS at all! Gets tons of attention! A Bronco that is very nostalgic and original in many ways! Lots of great options!!!!
This Bronco is an original Candy Apple Red Bronco! It is also a SPORT Bronco that has all its original trim & badging. They only produced 1,823 in this Paint & Trim package in 1969! The exterior has been repainted what looks like 1 time and looks AMAZING! Very little chips or scratches in the paint - it looks very nice..... The Hard Top has never been Re-painted & still has most of its original Wimbledon White paint (some areas were touched up). The Hard Top is in very nice condition for being original & 50 years old! The Sport Package really makes this Bronco look incredible! All the Trim is in nice shape and is missing nothing!
The Exterior of this Bronco is in very nice condition. It has no rust! The Rockers are in excellent shape. The Tailgate is in excellent shape (no rust on lower section). The bottom of the doors are rust free. The DOORS & TAILGATE OPEN & CLOSE PERFECTLY! I can see a couple minor flaws in the body that keep this from being perfect. But for a 50 year old vehicle - it looks VERY NICE! Gets an unbelievable amount of attention and praise. I would call it a 8.5 out of 10 while driving down the road - but if you get up close you can find a few flaws. Nothing serious & looks awesome - but also it is not a #10 show car. Just a great driver quality body/paint that will get a lot of attention.
The top can be removed (if wanted)! Was designed this way from factory.
The bronco has Power Steering that works perfectly! Really makes it easy & fun to drive! No leaks or concerns.

Bumpers are in excellent condition with no concerns! All the trim & Chrome shine very well on this vehicle and have no concerns....
The Swing Away Tire on the rear Tailgate works excellent! Able to lock this so no one can get in the rear of the Bronco - great addition!
The flares on this Bronco are in nice shape! They are period correct flares that are made out of Fiberglass & are very heavy duty! They are not plastic or rubber like some out there. They are painted the same as the top (Wimbeldon White).
The Tires are BF Goodrich All-Terrainx12.5x15. The Spare tire is also the same make & size. The wheels are period correct Steel Wheels that are Wimbeldon White as well. Factory Hubcaps would fit these wheels if you chose to add them at a later time. Look awesome on the Bronco!
The Brakes are the original Drum Brakes. They have been completely gone thru and all 4 Brake Cylinders are new, new Brake Shoes, New Master Cylinder & all new Fluid. The Brakes work as good as Drum Brakes should work. Not perfect but not terrible. Upgrade to disc on the future.?.?
The Transmission is the original 3 Speed manual. It is still the original Column Shift (3 on the tree). The Clutch, Pressure Plate, Flywheel and all the other Clutch components have been replaced. The clutch works exactly like it should. Shifts in & out of gear with no issues. The Column Shifter is a little "Sloppy" and has some play in it (very common for "3 on the tree" shifters). It would benefit to replace the shifter bushings (Cheap) or transfer the shifter to the floor. The Transmission is in excellent condition - just needs some work on the actual shift rod to all be 100% perfect. Still very drivable!

The Transfer Case (4X4) is in great shape with no issues or concerns. Works like it should! Has locking hubs that have just been gone thru.
All glass is in great shape & looks to be 100% original. No chips or cracks in the windshield!
The engine bay has never been painted and has most of its original Candy Apple Paint still. It does not look near as nice as the exterior does - but it is the all original paint! The inner fenders look OK - looks like small patch repair was done to passenger side. Drivers side inner fender is original and has not been rusted thru like most Broncos of this age. It does have some wear - but is still in tact. Only known issue in Engine Bay.
Interior is in awesome shape! The dash is original & has never been painted. Dash Pad is in Pefrect shape. The seats are in very nice shape and have only minor wear in some areas. They look to be the original material from '69 and have held up very well! The headliner is in excellent condition! It has the original Radio. The Carpet is in Perfect condition with no tears or wear spots. The backseat rear quarter panels are in excellent shape! The back seat has been upgraded to be easily removed if wanted - nice add on!
The Floor Pans look to be 100% original and have not been hacked up or pieced in. The pans look to be in NICE condition! The entire interior is still the original paint. The Rear Inner Quarters are in great shape and do not have your typical Bronco Rust! To find a Bronco that has not been cut up and twisted up in the floor pans and rear quarters is very rare! Great foundation on this Bronco!

The engine that is in this Bronco is a 351 Windsor that has been rebuilt and runs strong! It has a new Water Pump, Starter, Alternator, Battery, Starter Solenoid and much more! It has a MSD Electronic Ignition. The engine always fires up on the first crank! HAS NO LEAKS AT ALL!!!! Most of the Gaskets on the Engine have been replaced. New custom Valve Covers have been installed with new gaskets. It is equipped with an Edelbrock Intake & 4V Carburetor. It also has Long Tube Headers and a Flowmaster Dual Exhaust. It sounds great! It is not too loud - but has a great low rumble to it. It has an Aluminum Radiator that works perfectly! The Thermostat was also replaced recently. The engine is a great upgrade from the original 302 it originally came with. Could easily be swapped out to an original 302 if wanted at a later time.
The Frame is in excellent condition with no rust, rot or damage! No issues or concerns.
The Bronco is equipped from the Factory with Dual Tanks. Both Tanks are present and still have their originally equipped Skid Plates on them! The rear Main Tank works perfectly! The small Auxiliary tank will need some attention if used - the rubber fill neck has a small hole in it and gas drips out when pumping. Very easy fix - I just never got around to changing it out since I only ever used the Main Tank. The fuel gauge works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't move. I am thinking that the connection at the sending unit needs attention.?. As long as you keep it fueled up - you will have no issues!
Suspension is in nice shape. All 4 shock Absorbers are new and have been professionally painted Wimbledon White to match the vehicle. The steering stabilizer is also new & has been professionally painted to match. Some bushings have been replaced - rides nice! Most of the components are completely stock and has not been replaced with aftermarket.
The Head Lights work as the should - high & Low beams work perfectly. The wipers are Vacuum Operated & Work when hooked up. Currently the hose is not hooked up & would need a hose run from wipers to engine. Blinkers are currently not working - have not looked into the issue.
Most/all of the parts on this Bronco are original FOMOCO (ford motor company) items. These are the originals & not the cheap aftermarket items that do not last....
I personally own this Bronco. The Title matches all the Vin's on the Bronco. This Bronco has a CLEAN & CLEAR TITLE IN MY NAME!!!!! I have it in hand and ready to transfer at the end of the Auction when funds have been transfered.
This Bronco Runs and Drives as it should. It is 50 years old - and has most of its original equipment on it. Like any old vehicle - it needs attention and up-keep. Currently all of the fluids have been gone thru - and needs very little. I am confident this Bronco would make someone very happy! I personally have only taken it on small rides and trips. I have never done any long trips with it. I would recommend this Bronco being hauled to your destination via Trailer. Take your time to get used to it and get comfortable with it - then start venturing out on bigger trips if you wanted.
Odometer reads 27,800. I have no way of confirming what actual mileage is...
I am more than happy to work with helping ship it! I have helped ship a few vehicles in the past & It seems to be the easiest and most economical way to transport a vehicle. Shipping charges obviously fluctuate due to your location. The buyer would be responsible for shipping costs. Many different shippers out there that are very reasonable and easy to work with! It currently is located near Hayfield, MN (Southern Minnesota). **Example: I looked into shipping it from Minnesota to California and it was around $1200 to have someone pick it up here and haul it way down there. Might be able to find it cheaper than that.?.
I have listed this Bronco with a very reasonable Reserve. I am very fair and would like to see this go to a great home. I have another Bronco that I will be putting the money into.
