1988 Ford high pinion king pin Dana 60 with Yukon 5.13 gears.Welded differential, trussed, fully plated steering knuckles,35 Spline Yukon chromoly axle shafts with drive flanges.Parts Mike high steer arms with ARP Studs, PSC full hydraulic steering system with double ended ra, high pressure P-Pump steering pump, PSC resovoir, and B&M Super Cooler steering cooler. Tie rods are 1.5" 1/4" wall DOM with Ruff Stuff Specialties 3/4 Heim Joints.3 Link front suspension 2" 1/4" wall DOM links and Pan Hard with Ruff Stuff Specialties 1.25" Heims joints.
18" 2.5" Sway-a-way nitrogen Air shocks with Tri-Nitrate Coated Shafts
Smittybuilt 8k winch, used as a suck down winch.
Rear End/Axle/Suspension:
63" Chevy Leaf Springs, Re-drilled
16" Sway-a-way nitrogen air shocks in back with leafs, which were added to avoid sagging with gear loaded, and also helps with stability.
Eaton H072 rear axle with disc brakes (Chevy one ton calipers and cross drilled rotors). Custom housing which has been shaved to increase ground clearance. The axle housing is also trussed and plated.
Cage:
Full Exo (exterior) roll cage around cab, and caged front to back. All tubing is 1.75" .120wall DOM. Rock sliders are 4x2 box tube mounted to the frame with 2" 1/4 wall square tube.
Chassis:
Center frame is fully boxed with 1/4. All link mounts are extremelybuilt, with 1/4 or 3/8's tabs with 1/4 strengthening around bolt holes. All of the chassis and cage was welded with a Millermatic 250.
Wheels/Tires:
44" (44x19.50R16.5) Pitbull Rockers ($700 each!)
Performance Cryogenics Re-centered military Humvee 8 bolt H1 double beadlock wheels (mounting surface is 3/4" steel, with Trailworthy Fab PVC insertsto replace the old run flats
