1971 Ford Mustang Spring Sport Coupe

Special Edition, 1971 MustangSpring Sport Coupe, 1of only 626 produced, Marti report verified, these special edition Mustangsare actually rare and harder to find than the 1971 Boss. If you think you have seen one of these cars before, you probably have not and were looking at a Mach 1,Boss, or clone. I have not been able tofind very many of these cars, especially in the shape this one was in, prior to it's restoration. These mustangs were a Special Edition and were only made March, April and May of 1971, hence the name Spring Sport Coupe. They were optionedwith features typically seen on the Boss and Mach 1. They included the NASA hood, sports mirrors, black hockey stripes, black lower paint and Boss/Mach1 front grill.1971 Ford Mustang Spring Sport Coupe, original drive train is still in the car and runs and shifts very well and as it should. Motor is the original 302/V2, with original C4 automatic transmission and original rear end, with no alterations. This mustang has just undergon restoration. New paint and body work done. New gas tank and sending unit, new complete brake system front and back, new suspension, theoriginal steering mech/box rebuilt, new door, window and trunk seals, etc. It still has the original AM radio and was only one of 9 to be optioned with this and one of 10 optioned with tinted glass. The new interior and upholstery include: new seat foam and correct vinyl upholstery, new carpet with new sound deadener, new headliner, new package tray, new front windshield, etc. I do not have the original wheels and hub caps, the 17" Chrome wheelsthat are pictured, go with the car. My car came from the factory without vinyl top, vinyl top delete. I am a little flexible on the price, or possible trade offers up or down, but be realistic when offering. This is a beautiful and rare pony that could be a daily driver and collector quality.

Anyone wanting to make me reasonable offer, keep in mind, I am not in a position, desperate to sell this car and have no problem hanging on to her for a few more years, watching hercontinue up in value, so be reasonable. Thanks for looking! Jeff (870) 416-9830. I do not need help selling this car, so lets not waist time. I screen all of my calls, so SERIOUS inquires only, This is the only way for me to weed out the scammers and the opinionated, that don't know what their doing or looking at. Please leave a message and I will call you back. Or text me ahead of time and I will try to answer promptly.
