This beautiful "Resto Mod" Mustang convertible has a recent comprehensive restoration that includes many modern updates and amenities, thus it run and drive like a new car with all the style of the 1960's. The exterior was professionally refinished in the correct Ford color, Springtime Yellow. The trim and bright work have also been refinished to show quality. The interior is all new andfeatures power windows, tilt steering column, deluxe wood steering wheel, digital FM radio, center console, pony interior with bolstered front bucket seats, deluxe door panels, power cloth convertible top, glass rear window, full gauge package and air conditioning.
The suspension is modernized with Mustang II front suspension utilizing rack and pinion power steering and adjustable coil over shocks. Power brakes with front disc and rear drums. The rear suspension has upgraded shocks and new springs. The overall ride, steering and braking quality is superior.
Under the hood is a new Ford Performance crate 302 engine and C4 automatic transmission. A modern serpentine belt system for the air conditioning, high amp alternator and power steering has been added. Upgraded ignition system with all new wiring throughout. Everything under the hood is new or rebuilt and has been dressed up with quality parts. The attention to detail throughout the entire car is very nice.
The fifteen inch "True Spoke" chrome wire wheels with new radial tires give the car a vintage look and were a very expensive over reproduction styled steel wheels or hubcaps.
This is a well sorted car with 2800 miles since the restoration, it is ready for you're enjoyment. Take it on a summer road trip or to the local cruise-in/car show.
