Description:

1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1

1970 Mustang Mach 1, 351C, FMX Automatic Transmission, Shaker Hood Scoop; all as it came from the Ford Factory (see documentation).
The engine and transmission were both rebuilt and have less than 1,000 miles. Odometer is working and has been since I've owned the car and currently shows 21,432, miles. For the most part this car is stock as it came from the factory, with a few bolt-on accessory items added, such as suspension upgrades and the engine compartment reinforcing seen in photos.
The car was completely gone through before I bought it, all rust remedied and OEM parts that could not be saved have been replaced with high quality reproductions. It has its original rim-blow steering wheel which was professionally rebuilt by Best-in-Show steering wheel services in Ca.
It has been upgraded with electronic ignition and MSD Atomic EFI, new Fitec baffled fuel tank for '70 Mustang, internal fuel pump with pickup and inline fuel filters. Has an Optima battery and more modern hybrid hi-output alternator. Starts and runs efficiently, passed smog and registered normally in Nevada, NOT as a "Classic" vehicle in order to get around smog inspections as many do in Nevada. Many of the OEM take-off parts were saved and will come with the car. If you have questions in this regard, please ask.
Paint is a 9.0 to 9.5/10, Interior is 9.5/10. Reproduction Magnum 500 wheels with new Goodrich Radial T/A tires. Non smoker, always garaged, never driven in rain since being restored. All electrical items; Lights, Horns, Radio, Clock, Turn indicators all work as they should. Auto-meter oil pressure gauge has been added because the dash oil gauge is in-op. No cooling issues. Priced to sell but will consider a REASONABLE Offer, No low-ball Offers Please.
NEGATIVES: Paint chips, see photos. Driver's side door window has some light scratches from a DA sander that I believe could be polished out (I can't get them to show up in a photo). I am working with my drive-line shop to diagnose the cause of a light, pulsating vibration that occurs about 50 mph and hope to have it remedied before sale, but the car drives beautifully.
