1967 Ford Mustang
This Mustang has been painted a gorgeous Ivy Gold with dark grey Boss style stripes over the raised cowl hood, fenders, and doors. All of the emblems were removed and the front half of the car and trunk were repainted in 2017 at Colvin Automotive in Austin, TX. This car spent most of 2018 going through a partial, but substantial mechanical restore. All new weather stripping, rewired from headlights to taillights using an American Autowire harness, Dakota Digital VHX gauges (analog look, digital function), and Vintage Air at Colvin Automotive. In addition to the mechanical upgrades, The interior of the car and the trunk were sprayed with a sound dampening/ heat reduction spray. The seats and carpet are stock style and in very good condition, TMI full length center console and speaker tray were added. It has a Pioneer blue tooth head unit and Kicker 5 1/2 speakers in the kick panels as well as Kicker 6x9's in the speaker tray.
Under the hood is a 351 Windsor with an aftermarket cam (unknown brand or specs), aluminum intake, Holly carb, long tube headers, and MSD distributor, coil, and 6al box. It also has an Aluminum radiator.
The transmission is a rebuilt C4 with hard, fast shifts.
It sits on 17 inch American Racing wheels and Nitto tires. 215/45/17 fronts and 275/40/17 rears.
