A true "Barn Find" rust free 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 2dr. Sedan (Post) The Fairlane 500 sedan was sold new by the old Hull Dobbs Ford on 2700 Poplar in Memphis. TN. The Fairlane was sold new to a lady in Memphis. TN where it remained for a number of years. It later went to a second owner in northern Mississippi where it remained until it was found stored inside and still all intact. The ole 289 was tired and locked up. So. the original drivetrain was niched in favor of a 390. C6 and 9". Then a 2x4 427 and built C6 got the nod to replace it's little brother. Other modifications include. FPA custom headers. full exhaust with Flowmasters. manual disc front brakes. 9" posi with all fresh internals. gas tank. new carpet. American Racing Equipment wheels and new tires. Otherwise. the Fairlane remains as it was found both inside and out.
