1979 Ford Bronco fully customized for off grid overland adventure. It was purpose built to travel cross country, which it did in summer of 2016. All mileage on drivetrain is from this trip, less than 10k miles and 120k on the body.Frame on restoration. Blasted and de scaled frame and coated with KBS rust sealer. Body is Toyota TRD Quicksand. Probably forgetting some things. Truck is in great shape. Made it cross country and back. Climbing 10k foot mountain passes in July got a little warm so when we got home I upgraded from a single to dual electric fans. Problem is fans are so powerful they take more amperage than my factory alternator puts out so after running for a while it doesn't have enough battery power to restart. 2 interstate batteries are a year old. I have a manual clutch fan but need to have a shroud made or upgrade to higher amperage alternator. No hesitation to get in this thing and drive anywhere. Have lots of spare parts as well.
