1955 Ford F-100 Pickup. Big back window, Custom

1955 Ford F-100

This 55 Ford is a driver. This truck starts easy and runs smooth, shifts nicely. I did not build this truck but the person or persons who did; paid a lot of attention to detail. The engine appears to be a late model small block 350, and the transmission seems to have overdrive so I'm thinking it's a 700R4. The rear end appears to be Ford, but again I'm not sure. Has a Mopar front clip, thinking it's a Volare. with torsion bar front suspension. Paint is still really nice, however does show some stress cracks in some of the body filler used when painted (Usually not noticed by anyone till I point it out. Pickup bed has nice wood and trim. pickup box has had numerous body mods including the tub using 72 Chevy inner fenders. Interior is nicely appointed with the sculptured look extended to the seat door panel and head liner. Shaved door handels with electric poppers and state of the art latches. No damage to fix other than normal age related items. Odometer mileage is not to be relied upon. Passenger door flat glass is cracked
