Description:

1977 Ford F-150 CUSTOM

This F150 was built at the Ford San Jose plant on March of 1977. It got the 300 six with the big 4 speed with granny low and 2 speed transfer case. At some point it made it's way to Oregon and has stayed there until I purchased it in April of this year and brought it to Connecticut. All body panels are original including paint. Never any rust through. As you can see the Light Jade Green still holds it's shine. It has some scuff, dings and some dents but not bad considering it is 40 years old. All the body got was a good detail and polish. The bed was done by Rhino-Lining.
The interior is in good original condition. Original headliner, sunvisors, dash and gauge bezel. Seat, carpet, door panels, and door gaskets have been replaced due to wear. At some point an oil pressure gauge was added and it is tied in with the oil pressure light. It has an aftermarket Pioneer DEH-X3700UI with remote that also has USB port. New heater core and 3 speed blower motor also. No strange or foul odors in the cab.
The mechanical replacement of parts are many. All done in the last 2 weeks or so.All work was done at Fitzgeralds in Beacon Falls, CT. They are and old family business that specializes in Hot Rods, Muscle Car, to Model T's. I have all paperwork for everything done. They started with new brakes from Master cylinder and booster, shoes, drums, pads, to the emergency brake. Total clutch work done. While the motor was out it was cleaned, primed and painted with a 2 part epoxy. No spray bombs here. The 300 six also got a NOS Carter carburetor converted to electric choke. New intake and exhaust manifolds replaced the old ones.
The 9 inch rear got a new pinion seal along with a new gasket for the chuck. The gears are 3.50 and it is posi in the rear. The Weld wheels are 15 inch with 3100 radials that are about 80% The F150 was leveled by using Pro-Comp front springs and shocks all around.
Everything works as it should. No extra buttons or switches added to make things work. I call it a true survivor as it never has been spray bombed restored. I am sure I am missing something in the description. Need extra pictures or a question answered just send me a mail. I have the clean Oregon title in hand. I would like people to see it in person or send an agent to inspect. There is no warranty offered or implied. Shipping is on the purchaser.
The reason for selling after all that has been done. I have had shoulder replacement and I can't shift it or move the 4 wheel drive lever.
