1951 ford f3 fourwheel drive flathead 6 state plow 3 ton truck rare

I really don't know a lot about this truck other than it is a 1951 f3 4wheel drive state truck. it doesn't have the plow with it and it is pretty beat up from years of abuse. some of the glass is broken and the interior is original as far as I can tell. it has a ford 226 flathead six cylinder in it and manual trans. the motor is seized up so I have no clue on what is good and what isn't. it would make a really unique builder and I know of another one 30 miles from me with tracks on the rear I think it was an old powerline truck. so I got this with the intentions of taking two and making one but I am not gonna get around to it. I'm listing it as basically above scrap price because I have no clue where to start with it but id hate to see it go for scrap!
