1940 Ford Deluxe Woody station wagon rare barn find complete survivor original

1940 Ford Other Deluxe Woody, wood wagon, early Squire

Found in local warehouse about 4 years ago, this 1940 woody had sat for 29 years. This rare and desirable 40 Deluxe woody, as only washed and a mechanical rehab was done, t started and ran, owever the fuel system was rebuilt with new fuel tank, nd the brake system was restored as needed.This Woody appears to have been painted in the early 80's, he car is very solid, nd the sheet metal is in excellent condition, he paint is very nice although not 100 point show. The grille appears to be a re-production, he running boards are very solid, have the NEW CORRECT, unning board covers that need to be installed. The wood is mostly original, t seems a repair was done to the driver's side door near the window frame, ll of the doors including the rear gate open and close very nicely, he varnish is very nice, ould use some touch ups. When you look underneath this 76 year old automobile you can tell its original, t is not a nut and bolt restoration. The sills, nd cowl, nd fender wells are excellent, he front driver's side floor has been repaired there is some evidence of fiberglass, eing laid over the existing floor, verall the floors are in great condition, would rather be up front ina description about this woody, ather than candy coat it and have any questions after it is sold.

This 1940 Wood wagon does not have a heater, r radio, here is a clock, nd it has all three seats, nd tire cover, bought a few parts, uch as sun visor brackets, ower radiator hoses, he running board covers, un visors, hey are included in the sale of this vehicle.
